I opened the toilet box today, but there is no wall hang bracket. Did you order them?? It's not in the box.
Huh? What bracket? I ordered the toilet, I didn't know that I need to order something else... No one told me anything. Not my architect, not my contractor. I just bought a toilet, how do I know that there are separate parts to be procured...So what should I do? In fact, why am I doing this?
